suvistta.pt is the web presence of Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães, registered with the Portuguese National Registry of Tourism Animation Agents under number 1113/2019.
The following conditions govern the commercial relationship between Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães and the customer. By contracting the services of Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms. These general terms may be supplemented by specific conditions sent to the customer, which will take precedence over these general terms.
We reserve the right to remove or alter services and content without prior notice. We are not responsible if, for any reason, the website is unavailable for any period of time.
We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of any information contained on this website.
All intellectual property rights related to the content and information provided (texts, images, brands, and logos) belong exclusively to Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães. Copying, reproducing, modifying, or distributing, in whole or in part, the content is strictly prohibited.

Law and Jurisdiction
This website was created and operates in accordance with Portuguese law. Access to this site is subject to acceptance of these terms, and any disputes will be governed by current Portuguese legislation, with the courts of Alenquer being the competent jurisdiction, to the exclusion of any other.
Programming
The service proposals (prices, location, and other relevant information) are only valid for the dates presented in the proposal. However, the content and format of the services may undergo slight changes, depending on the time of year and weather conditions. Any possible changes will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. The activity programs provided to customers include a detailed description of the activities, such as conduct rules, general and specific conditions, prices, and other relevant information.
Private Groups
Proposals for groups/companies require a prior estimate. The proposed values depend on the number of people, selected destination, event duration, accommodation, meals, transportation, and other additional factors.
Timing
The duration of activities is indicative and approximate, depending on factors outside of the control of the guides. A tolerance of 15 minutes will be given for all participants to gather at the meeting point defined for each activity.
Reservation/Payment
To book any activity with Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães, you must make a reservation via email at hmagalhaes@suvistta.pt, which signifies that you are committing to the purchase of the requested activity/service and agree to the General and Specific Terms for that activity. By doing so, you agree to pay the full cost of the service provided for the activity you booked.
Once you have made the reservation, payment must be made for the activity. We will send you the instructions.
Booking and Change Fees
When making your reservation, the customer assumes the following commitments:
- To have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions of participation, as well as the program of the activity they are booking (specific conditions for participation).
- To be in adequate health conditions for the activity and accept the nature of the activity, including the risks related to potential delays in receiving immediate medical assistance.
- If suffering from a chronic illness or other condition that might prevent participation, the customer must inform us and provide a medical certificate confirming the physician’s approval.
- To understand the physical and psychological demands of the activity, which may lead to extreme or unforeseen situations.
Cancellations/Alterations/Refunds
If a cancellation of an activity is necessary due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather conditions that pose a safety risk), we will notify you as soon as possible and make every effort to offer an alternative date. In some cases, a full refund may be provided, provided no commitments have already been made with third parties.
Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães reserves the right to cancel activities in the following cases:
- If the minimum number of participants for the activity is not met
- If weather conditions or other factors make the activity impractical
- If safety conditions are not met
- If the conditions specified in the particular terms are not met
If a customer cancels the reservation, they may receive a full refund under the following conditions:
- For one-day activities, a full refund will be given if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the activity begins, and if no commitments have been made with other operators involved.
- For activities longer than one day, cancellation must be made at least 15 days before the activity. Otherwise, the customer may incur charges for already incurred costs or lose the full amount paid.
Transport
The itineraries included in the programs are provided as indications, and the route may change. Unless stated otherwise, transportation is not included in the services we provide.
Safety Guidelines
Our activities strictly follow safety standards. However, participants should be aware that the inherent nature of the activities means that risks cannot be fully eliminated.
Participants must agree to follow conduct rules that ensure their own safety, as well as that of other people (whether or not they are participating in the activities) and nature. Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães and its collaborators will not be held responsible for improper behavior by participants during activities and may conclude an activity if safety or conduct rules are violated.
Liability
- Policy No. 205551664 – Allianz: Civil Liability Insurance covering property and non-property damages to third parties and clients during our activities.
- Policy No. 205551628 – Allianz: Personal Accident Insurance. All participants in our activities are covered by this insurance.
Accidents and Claiming Personal Accident Insurance (SAP):
All insurance policies held by Hernâni Edgar Canavarro Magalhães are valid during the activity/program period, which starts at the time and date described in the program and ends when the client leaves the activity, even if they leave early or return later. If a client wants to leave the activity early, they must inform the guide.
Accidents that occur during the normal course of the activity as described in the program are eligible for SAP claims. Accidents occurring outside the normal scope of the activity, against the guide’s instructions, or after safety rules have been disregarded will not be eligible for SAP claims.
Other Information
Images taken during activities may be used to promote the company’s services on our website and social media. If you disagree with this policy, please inform us by email at hmagalhaes@suvistta.pt.
